This Kolsch ale is a delicate, lightly-hopped yellow ale inspired by beers from Cologne, Germany. Low alcohol, easy-drinking, with Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops, this beer goes best with music, fresh air and conversation with other people while not compromising your afternoon at 5% abv.

A session IPA and a must have for any wilderness excursion. Mixing a blend of caramel and pale malt with fresh crisp Trident hops and coming in at 4.9% ABV, this beer is sure to attract all kinds of attention while lost in the woods. It’s also good if you’re not lost in the woods.

Modeled after amber ale served in Dusseldorf, Germany brewpubs, this altbier has a bready malt balanced with medium bitterness and a lightly fruity yeast profile. Coming in at 5.3% abv, a healthy dose of zesty Sterling hops balance the fruity malt base but don’t overpower it.

Like the wiley crow - clever, adaptive, dark and mysterious - our 80 Schilling Scottish Ale looks like a big ole’ dark shadow on the horizon but hops along like your friendly neighborhood park visitor. Using a hint of oats to soften a bouquet of British dark malts, Crow Creek Scottish Ale is nutty and rich. Locally grown Triumph hops accent the roasted character balancing this 4.9% abv dark ale while calling to the dark beer lover with a lighter summer adaptation. A true session beer, like the crows that dot the landscape, this beer can be enjoyed in a murder on a relaxing afternoon or in solitude by the fire while gazing at the summer stars. Pairs well with a fly rod and waders.
